Abstract: A door strike is provided. The door strike includes a plate, a first keeper and a second keeper mounted onto the plate, the first keeper and the second keeper to stop a door latch when the first keeper and the second keeper are prevented from rotating, a first follower designed to engage the first keeper, a second follower designed to engage the second keeper, a first bolt designed to prevent the first follower from being rotated, and a second bolt designed to prevent the second follower from being rotated, one or more parts designed to move the first bolt and the second bolt, and an electric actuator designed to cause, via the one or more parts the first bolt to disengage the first keeper to allow the first keeper to rotate and the second bolt to disengage the second keeper to allow the second keeper to rotate.

Abstract: An opening device for a door lock is provided. The opening device includes a driver rigidly connected to an inside handle, an inside shaft designed to rotate an internal latching mechanism of the door lock, the inside shaft having a follower and a through cavity, an outside shaft designed to be rotated by an outside handle including a first part disposed inside the through cavity of the inside shaft, a second part designed to be engaged with the outside handle, and a gear seat located at an end of the first part. The opening device includes a first gear being permanently rotationally engaged with the inside handle and the driver and configured to slide toward the gear seat, a second gear designed to move along the gear seat, and an electric actuator designed, upon being electrically activated, to cause the first gear to move to and engage the second gear.

Abstract: A system for unlocking a door is provided. The system includes an unlocking mechanism, an electronic board, and a mechanical switch. The unlocking mechanism is configured to unlock the door. The electronic board is configured to be activated from a sleep mode into an active mode. The sleep mode causes the electronic board to consume less than a predetermined amount of power. The mechanical switch is configured to be physically activated to close an electric circuit in the electronic board, thereby causing the electronic board to switch from the sleep mode to the active mode. Upon being activated into the active mode, the electronic board broadcasts a request to nearby computing devices to provide a verification code. Upon receiving the verification code, the electronic board activates the unlocking mechanism, thereby causing the unlocking mechanism to unlock the door, and switches back to the sleep mode.
