Abstract: The invention relates to a crusher (10), in particular a rock crusher, having a crusher unit (40), to which a band conveyor unit (60) having an endlessly circulating band conveyor is indirectly or directly assigned, wherein a magnetic separator (70) having a magnet (79) is held in the area of the band conveyor unit (60) above the band conveyor in the direction opposite from the direction of gravity, and wherein an adjustment unit (80) is provided, which can be used to change the height of the magnet (79) above the band conveyor. To enable the reliable operation of such a crusher, it is provided according to the invention that the magnetic separator (70) is suspended from at least two limp ties (81, 82, 84, 85), and that the limp ties (81, 82, 84, 85) can be adjusted by means of at least one actuator unit (90) to change the height of the magnet (79).
Abstract: A method of determining wear of a rotary impact crusher includes adjusting the position of an impact rocker relative to an impact rotor with an actuator by a first adjustment value until a crushing section of the impact rocker contacts an impact bar or an impact circle of the impact rotor. The first adjustment value is compared to a first reference value to make a first comparison corresponding to total wear of the impact rocker and the impact bar. The position of the impact rocker is adjusted relative to the impact rotor by a second adjustment value until the impact rocker contacts a reference measurement section. The second adjustment value is compared to a second reference value to make a comparison corresponding to wear of the impact rocker.
Abstract: An apparatus (2) and a method for attaching a cone-shaped crushing mantle (4) of a cone crusher (100) to a carrier cone (6) of the cone crusher (100) and for detaching the crushing mantle (4) from the carrier cone (6) are provided. The apparatus (2) comprises a hydraulically actuated pre-tensioning actuator (24) adapted for pressing the crushing mantle (4) against the carrier cone (6) in a pre-tensioning process in the axial direction prior to tightening attachment screws (18) in the head region (20) of the carrier cone (6). The hydraulic pre-tensioning actuator (24) comprises a pressure chamber (26) for receiving a pressurized hydraulic medium and a piston (28) limiting the pressure chamber (26).

A conveyor line runs along a virtual conveyor path (FB), the conveyor module being designed at least for conveying the aggregate material along the conveyor path on the conveyor line. A component carrier in a working state of the machine runs in an elevation direction (H) at a distance from the conveyor line crosswise with respect to the conveyor path above the conveyor line. The component carrier supports at least one functional module which interacts with the aggregate material conveyed on the conveyor line. The conveyor module is displaceable relative to the machine frame with a displacement component in the elevation direction. The component carrier is movable both relative to the conveyor module and the machine frame.
