    Abstract: A process for recycling used cooking oil is disclosed. Used cooking oil is contacted with an aqueous solution containing ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid, n-propyl-3,4,5-trihydrobenzoate, mono-tert-butylhydroquinone, or a combination of these, to form a water/oil mixture. The water/oil mixture is then separated into its oil and aqueous components to obtain a regenerated oil.
