Abstract: A glazing frame assembly comprises glazing frame base profile that has cross section which comprises elongated spinal element, glass support element and glazing bar connection unit. The glazing bar connection unit comprises snap support arm, lean support jag and top end. The glazing frame also comprises glazing bar profile that has a cross section which comprises bar spinal element and snap hook element. The top end element protrudes away from the spinal element beyond the lean support jag by at least the thickness of the bar spinal element.

Abstract: An extruder includes a container having a main bore for receiving billets, a die and a piston. The container is formed with at least one gas release vent opening into the main bore at a position intermediate between the extruding end of the bore and a midpoint of the bore's length. Each gas release vent has a valve for allowing selective release of trapped gas. This structure allows venting of gases in such a manner as to allow sequential loading of billets without removal of scrap between them.

Abstract: Metallic coating compositions for aluminum profiles providing stability and weather and chemical resistance even when applied as a single coat suitable for use inter alia with the Ransburgh turbo-disc electrostatic spray system comprising:(a) a highly elastic cross-linking polyacrylate coating resin;(b) a suspending agent;(c) a plasticizer;(d) a polar solvent mixture of(i) a butyl alcohol;(ii) butyl glycol; and(iii) aromatic solvents;(e) a pigment mixture of(i) non-leafing metallic pigment; and(ii) color pigment;a method of coating aluminum profiles and aluminum profiles coated therewith.
