Method for the productions and filling of an application package for a liquid pharmaceutical product
Patent number: 10532836Abstract: A method for the production and filling of an application package for a liquid pharmaceutical product. A thermoforming film of thermoplastics laminated together is heated in order to plasticize the film at least in partial areas. Plasticized areas are thermoformed in a mold in order to form a chamber for the liquid pharmaceutical product and a tube-shaped application duct opening into this chamber, with the chamber and duct being enclosed by a non-thermoformed, essentially flat bonding area of the film. The liquid pharmaceutical product is filled into the chamber. The chamber and the application duct are sealed by covering the thermoformed and filled thermoforming film with an essentially flat covering film that is bonded to the bonding area of the thermoforming film enclosing the chamber and the application duct. The thermoforming film is pressed by a forming die during thermoforming into the mold in at least a partial area of the application duct.Type: GrantFiled: February 29, 2016Date of Patent: January 14, 2020Assignee: KLOCKE Verpackungs-Service GmbHInventors: Hartmut Klocke, Klaus Renner -

Patent number: 8141709Abstract: A packaging unit having two planar elements arranged on each other to form, by virtue of being spaced apart in certain regions, a closed chamber and that are joined to each other in a collar region encircling the chamber, the collar region being bounded by an outer edge. The chamber has, for controlled dispensing of a medium stored therein, a tapering extending into a detachable section that is detachable from the collar region and on which a predetermined break line intersecting the tapering is provided for creating an opening at the tapering. Provision is made that the detachable section is bounded by a material weakening that is recessed at a distance from the outer edge into the collar region and separates the detachable section from a protective section of the collar region that covers the detachable section toward the outer edge.Type: GrantFiled: February 19, 2009Date of Patent: March 27, 2012Assignee: Klocke Verpackungs-Service GmbHInventor: Renner Klaus

Publication number: 20090205998Abstract: A packaging unit having two planar elements arranged on each other that form, by virtue of being spaced apart in certain regions, a closed chamber between each other and are joined to each other in a collar region encircling the chamber, the collar region being bounded by an outer edge. The chamber has, for a controlled dispensing of a medium stored therein, an opening element that is disposed on a side of the chamber facing away from a first edge section of the outer edge. Provision is made that the collar region has a support section that is deflectable from an initial position, about a deflection region away from the opening means into a supporting position, in which the support section together with the first edge section form spaced-apart leg means whereby the packaging unit is rendered standable.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 19, 2009Publication date: August 20, 2009Applicant: Klocke Verpackungs-Service GmbHInventor: Renner KLAUS

Patent number: 7552823Abstract: A packaging is composed of two foils joined along their edges that enclose at least one chamber containing a carrier provided, or to be provided, with a medium. A first foil has extending in it a predetermined break line for exposing the carrier, over which the carrier extends. Disposed between the second foil and the carrier is a largely rigid insert that extends beyond the predetermined break line situated opposite from it, at least far enough so that when the packaging is broken open, the carrier is pulled out of the chamber by a corresponding distance for removal or application of the medium. The insert acts as an “expelling sheet” between the carrier and covering foil and is dimensioned to either extend in its end contour beyond the predetermined break line or, upon bending at a weakening, portions of the insert extend beyond the predetermined break line.Type: GrantFiled: September 28, 2006Date of Patent: June 30, 2009Assignee: Klocke Verpackungs-Service GmbHInventor: Herbert Schuehrer

Publication number: 20070189835Abstract: The invention relates to a packaging comprising an applicator (1.4; 2.2; 3.2; 4.1; 5.1; 6.1; 7.1; 8.1; 9.5; 10.5) for applying liquid and pasty media. Said applicator consists of a material which is permeable to the medium (1.5; . . . ) and is connected to a receiving opening (1.6; . . . ) of the packaging (1.0; . . . ; 10.0), at least in parts of the contact surface, covering the same. The packaging and applicator thus form a unit in which the applicator is positioned above the outlet for the content of the packaging. In this way, a packaging is created in a customer-friendly manner, with a secure connection between the packaging and the applicator, that, together with the shape of the applicator, essentially influences the guiding of the product. The packaging can thus be handled safely e.g. undesired rapid discharge of the product and injuries caused by sharp edges are prevented.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 26, 2004Publication date: August 16, 2007Applicant: Klocke Verpackungs-Service GMBHInventors: Carsten Klocke, Klaus Renner

Patent number: 6705541Abstract: A fragrance dispenser having a reservoir to receive an aroma carrier, the fragrances of which can escape at least partially through a dispensing opening when pressure is exerted onto the reservoir. The reservoir may have the shape of a bottle, wherein the dispensing opening, which is preferably designed as a snap-off opening, is disposed in the thinner region, i.e at the neck of the bottle. A packaging element preferably extends beyond the dispensing region of the reservoir, the packaging element being designed in that region in such a way that it interacts with a seal of the dispensing opening of the reservoir. The reservoir or packaging element may be designed as a free-standing package.Type: GrantFiled: August 29, 2002Date of Patent: March 16, 2004Assignee: Klocke Verpackungs-Service GmbHInventors: Herbert Schuehrer, Klaus Renner
