Abstract: Proposed is a lubricant injector, which slowly rotates a screw shaft by maximally increasing the reduction ratio in an internal space of a provided lubricant injector having a predetermined size, and thus can increase ejection pressure.

Abstract: An oil injection apparatus includes: a storage unit extruding lubricating oil through an ejection hole formed at a lower end thereof; a discharge unit communicating with the storage through the ejection hole and discharging the lubricating oil outside according to a pumping operation; a plurality of discharge pumps arranged at regular intervals in a circumferential direction of the discharge unit and having respective first ends disposed in the discharge unit; and a driving unit rotating in a direction to sequentially press the first ends of the discharge pumps, which are disposed in the discharge unit, thereby causing the discharge pumps to perform the pumping operation in turn.

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a lubricant injector that implements extrusion and pumping of a lubricant using a single power source, and that can intermittently perform the extrusion of the lubricant, the lubricant injector including: a storage unit including: a storage chamber filled with a lubricant; a piston provided in the storage chamber; a screw shaft coupled to the piston to lift and lower the piston while rotating; a following gear provided on a lower end of the screw shaft; and an elastic support member provided to elastically support the following gear; a power generation unit provided to provide a rotation driving force; and an emission unit including: a cylindrical cam rotating by operating in conjunction with the power generation unit; a driving gear provided on an upper end of the cylindrical cam; a plunger pumping the introduced lubricant; and a discharge passage.

Abstract: An automatic lubricant dispenser is detachably mounted on a bearing of a machine to continuously supply lubricant to the bearing. The dispenser includes a housing for storing the lubricant inside, a piston upwardly compressing the lubricant inside the housing, a spring installed at a bottom of the piston, for compressing and elastically supporting the piston, and a flow pipe installed vertically by extending through both the housing and the piston. The flow pipe is formed with an inflow hole on a top portion thereof and an inside hollow channel so that the lubricant compressed by the piston flows into the flow pipe and is then discharged into a bottom of the housing. An operator can voluntarily control the accurate flow amount of the fluent lubricant.
