Abstract: The system and method provide an efficient and effective way to provision views of up to date ongoing activities associated with the works of a client (e.g., global registration of rights relating to licensing of multimedia material) by territory and content. The system provides the client a way to configure a selection précis of up to date activities and extract from a full complement of data (e.g., royalty administration and rights management life cycle metrics) received from global partners responsible for collecting work rights information. The system reformats the data received from partners into a unified format, applies compression rules to obtain an optimized summary of the data, and filters the summarized data according to the predetermined client customized preferences.
