Abstract: A faucet trim assembly includes faucet body subassembly and a base subassembly removably coupled to the faucet body subassembly. The faucet body subassembly includes a spout, an escutcheon coupled to the spout, and a handle coupled to the escutcheon. The spout includes a first internal passageway. The base subassembly includes a valve cartridge that is removably coupled to the base subassembly. The valve cartridge is configured to control a flow of water through the spout. The base subassembly is configured to removably couple to a sink deck independently from the faucet body subassembly.
Abstract: A shower assembly includes a stationary base and an inlet assembly configured to rotate relative to the stationary base. The inlet assembly includes a pivot rotatably coupled to the stationary base, a first arm extending radially from the pivot, and a second arm extending radially from the pivot, opposite the first arm. The shower assembly further includes a showerhead disposed on an end of the first arm and a first ball joint disposed between the showerhead and the end of the first arm. A docking member is disposed on an end of the second arm and has a second ball joint disposed between the docking member and the end of the second arm. The docking member includes a magnet disposed therein. A removable hand shower including a ferromagnetic element is configured to magnetically couple to the magnet of the docking member.
Abstract: A shower system includes a shower frame, a plurality of nozzles located on the shower frame, and a seat. The nozzles are configured to spray water from the shower frame. The shower seat is pivotally connected to the shower frame and is configured to pivot between a first position and a second position relative to the shower frame.

Abstract: A toilet includes a bowl, a trapway, and a passage. The trapway is fluidly connected to the bowl at a trapway inlet and extends downstream from the bowl. The trapway includes an up-leg and a down-leg extending downstream from the up-leg. The passage is fluidly connected to the trapway downstream from the trapway inlet. The passage is configured to allow ambient air from outside the toilet to pass therethrough toward the trapway.
Abstract: A cover system for a toilet tank including a receptable and a lid. The receptacle is configured to receive a cartridge. The lid configured to cover a rim portion of the receptacle. The receptacle is fluidly connected to the toilet tank and a toilet bowl. A flush valve is configured to initiate an operational cycle including dispensing water into the toilet bowl from the receptacle and dispensing water into the receptacle from the toilet tank. The receptacle is integrally formed with a cover for the toilet tank.
Abstract: The tub and shower diverter assembly includes an escutcheon, a manifold sub-assembly, and a handle assembly. The manifold sub-assembly is fluidly coupled to an existing waterway connector of an existing conventional tub and shower diverter system. The manifold sub-assembly includes a mixing valve at least partially disposed through the escutcheon and coupled to the manifold sub-assembly by a valve nut. The handle assembly is coaxially aligned with the mixing valve. The handle assembly includes a base insertably coupled to the valve nut and a handle rotatably coupled to the base. The handle is threadably coupled to the mixing valve. The escutcheon abuts a wall when the handle is threadably coupled to the mixing valve.

Abstract: A spray head includes a body and a modular spray assembly. The body includes a cavity therein. The modular spray assembly is detachably coupled to the body. The modular spray assembly includes a housing, a spray member, a cover, an impeller, and a rotor. The spray member is rotatably coupled to the housing. The cover is coupled to the housing and includes a shaft disposed in the housing. The impeller is rotatably coupled to the shaft. The rotor is rotatably coupled to the impeller and the spray member. The rotor is configured to rotate eccentrically relative to the impeller and the spray member. The housing includes an inlet configured to direct a flow of fluid from the cavity to an interior of the housing to rotate the impeller.
Abstract: A shower system for controlling a spray pattern of water includes a housing, an electronic diverter, and a control device. The housing includes a plurality of outlets and configured to discharge water from the plurality of outlets to form a plurality of different spray patterns. The electronic diverter is configured to control the water discharged from the housing to form the plurality of different spray patterns responsive to an instruction signal. The electronic diverter is configured to transition between the plurality of different spray patterns within a time interval less than an amount of time required for the water discharged from the housing to form a spray pattern of the plurality of different spray patterns. The control device is configured to provide the instruction signal to the electronic diverter to cause the electronic diverter to transition between the plurality of different spray patterns.
Abstract: A process includes placing a collar around a valve cartridge, the valve cartridge comprising a valve stem. The process also includes aligning the valve stem with an engagement crown of a handle such that an opening of the handle is located over the collar. The process also includes press fitting the valve stem into the engagement crown while pressing the handle towards the collar and such that the valve stem is rotatably coupled to the handle through the engagement crown. The process also includes rotating the handle relative to the collar to rotate the valve stem after press fitting the valve stem into the engagement crown.
