Publication number: 20120144559Abstract: The cotton pants 1 as a pair of pants with the L pocket is that the front and the reverse edge 3Ab of the storing part 3A is perpendicular against the length direction of the belt part 3. Also because the upper edge of the raw fabric which does not have the rectangle expansion and contraction inside the elongating part 3B is sewn on and the lower edge of the raw fabric which does not have expansion and contraction is sewn on the lower edge of the belt part 3, one part of the raw fabric 6 which does not have expansion and contraction can be seen even if the one who wears it turns over the lower edge of the elongating part 3B by curiosity and the inner structure of the stretch stopper material 11 etc. can not be seen.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 6, 2012Publication date: June 14, 2012Applicant: Koji KATOInventor: Koji Kato

Publication number: 20090126079Abstract: The cotton pants 1 as a pair of pants with the L pocket is that the front and the reverse edge 3Ab of the storing part 3A is perpendicular against the length direction of the belt part 3, therefore all the sewing process can be done by sewing machine and the mass productivity can be kept. Also because the upper edge of the raw fabric which does not have the rectangle expansion and contraction inside the elongating part 3B is sewn on and the lower edge of the raw fabric which does not have expansion and contraction is sewn on the lower edge of the belt part 3, one part of the raw fabric 6 which does not have expansion and contraction can be seen even if the one who wears it turns over the lower edge of the elongating part 3B by curiosity and the inner structure of the stretch stopper material 11 etc. can not be seen, therefore the situation that the one who wears it pulls out the inner structure and destroys the structure which is capable of expansion and contraction can definitely be prevented.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 18, 2008Publication date: May 21, 2009Applicant: Koji KATOInventor: Koji Kato

Publication number: 20050278826Abstract: A second buttonhole is provided on a front cloth of an inner fold of a neckband. A left end of a rubber tape is stitched on a rear cloth. A moving cloth is stitched on a right end thereof. A lining cloth is stitched on the moving cloth. A right end of the lining cloth is stitched inside the rear cloth of the inner fold of the neckband. An uppermost button is firmly stitched on the moving cloth so as to move inside the second buttonhole. Since the leading end of the neckband inner fold is protruded from the inner fold main body of the shirt, even if the second buttonhole is made long, there is remained a space from the leading end of the second buttonhole to the leading end of the neckband inner fold. Consequently, the sewing work becomes easy. Moreover, it becomes excellent in design by devising a shape of the protruded portion.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 21, 2005Publication date: December 22, 2005Applicant: Koji KATOInventor: Koji Kato

Patent number: 5080195Abstract: A lubricant supply source is disposed in the vicinity of a sliding or rotary portion of a machine element, and an electrical power source is intermittently driven by a controller, so as to intermittently supply lubricant from the lubricant supply source to the machine element. When required, a sensor for monitoring the operating state of the machine element, and/or a remote controller is used, so that the supply of lubricant is controlled on the basis of the signal of the sensor and/or by means of the remote controller. Consequently, lubricant can be supplied or supplemented to the machine element in accordance with necessity. Therefore, the machine element will be able to stably operate for a long time, even in relative inaccessible places which people cannot inadvertently access.Type: GrantFiled: December 21, 1989Date of Patent: January 14, 1992Assignees: Hitachi, Ltd., Koji KatoInventors: Muneo Mizumoto, Koji Kato, Hiroshi Inoue, Nobuo Tsumaki
