  • Publication number: 20210305652
Abstract: A manufacturing method for a battery including a cell array and a case is provided. The cell array includes a plurality of single cells arranged in a certain direction. The case includes a pair of compartment members of which a longitudinal direction is a direction in which the single cells are arranged, and a first end member provided at a first end in the longitudinal direction. In the manufacturing method, in space surrounded by the compartment members and the first end member, the cell array and a second end member facing the first end member across the cell array are placed. In a direction to compress the cell array from an outside part of the second end member, each compartment member is joined with the second end member at a second end in the longitudinal direction while a predetermined load is applied to bind the cell array.

  • Patent number: 11060452
Abstract: A turbocharger including a compressor housing, a flange, an air bypass valve and a seal. The compressor housing has an impeller housing, an upstream passage positioned upstream of the impeller housing and a downstream passage positioned downstream of the impeller housing. The flange is coupled to the compressor housing and has a bypass passage connected to the downstream passage of the compressor housing and the upstream passage of the compressor housing. A groove is formed at a surface of the flange opposing the compressor housing and the seal is fitted into the groove. Therefore, a tight seal of the flange and the compressor housing can be ensured by the seal. Further, the air bypass valve is coupled only to the flange. Therefore, a tight seal of the turbocharger can be ensured easier than in a case where the air bypass valve is coupled over the flange and the compressor housing.

  • Patent number: 10533351
Abstract: A hook of a lock structure is rotatably supported by a knob. Therefore, a biasing force of a hook biasing spring can be regulated independently from a knob biasing spring. Accordingly, the biasing force of the hook biasing spring can be regulated smaller than a biasing force of the knob biasing spring. As a result, sounds generated when locking the lock structure can be decreased.
