Abstract: A positioning device positions a tool holder (12, 14, 16, 18) on a tool turret (6) of a machine tool by positioning pins (10). The positioning pins are secured to the tool turret (6) and engage with receptacles (40) on the tool holder (6) when the tool holder (12, 14, 16, 18) is attached to the tool turret (6). At least one of the receptacles of the tool holder (6) is formed by a sleeve (40), with which the assignable positioning pin (10) engages in the mounted state while contacting the inner circumferential surface (58) of the sleeve (40). The inner circumferential surface (58) is part of an expanding part (56), which, when the pin (10) engages, expands elastically and flexibly away from the pin (10).

Abstract: A tool turret, in particular intended for use in a machine tool, is for an automated tool change process. In a work station (7) of the pivotable tool disk (5), a holder (9) intended for receiving a machining tool (15) can be attached to the tool disk (5) in a re-detachable manner by a clamping device (31) assigned to the work station (7). In an adjusting position of the tool disk (5) that differs from the working position (11), the respective clamping device (31) can be activated or deactivated, while leaving the holder (9) on the tool disk (5). In a changing position of the tool disk different from the working (11) and adjusting positions (57), the clamping device (31) unlocks the holder (9) in such a way that the holder can be removed from the tool disk (5) and replaced with another holder (9) to be used.

Abstract: A changing device for rotary indexing tables has a stand component (12) used as a base component. Through the stand component (12) a shaft (18) passes defining the axis of rotation of tables (2) rotatable by an electric motor which having an interface (20) for coupling concerned tables (2). Tables 2 can be fixed in predeterminable rotational positions relative to a table unit (8) by a clamping device (60). At least two table units (8), differing from each other at least with respect to their clamping devices (60), together with their assigned table (2) as exchange components can be fixed in an interchangeable manner on the base component for their operation.

Abstract: A tool turret, in particular provided for the use for a machine tool, has a pivotable tool disk (10), which has on its outer circumference a plurality of receptacles (14) for holders (18) provided with working tools. The holders (18) are attached to the tool disk (10) in a changeable manner by a fixing device (20). Each holder (18) can be swiveled into a working position to permit the assigned working tool to be driven by a drive (22). For this purpose, the working tool can be coupled to an output shaft (16) of the respective holder (18) by a coupling device (26). The fixing device (20) can be actuated by the drive (22) when this drive (22) is uncoupled while stopping the working tool.
