Abstract: Provided are a backsheet for a solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a novel backsheet for a photovoltaic module capable of replacing a structure in which a fluoride film/a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film/a fluoride film or a white polyester film/a transparent polyester film/a white polyethylene film are stacked according to the related art with a single layer polyester film, and capable of being used in a double-sided light receiving photovoltaic module as well as a general front-sided light receiving photovoltaic module to replace a glass or fluorine-based polymer resin.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a nonwoven fabric having enhanced withdrawal force for a carpet backing fabric, which is composed of a nonwoven fabric comprising 50 to 90% by weight of polyester filaments having a melting point of 250° C. or higher and 10 to 50% by weight of low-melting point copolyester filaments having a melting point of 200° C. or lower. According to the present disclosure, a nonwoven fabric comprising low-melting point polyester fibers is used as a backing fabric and the thickness of the backing fabric is controlled, so that the withdrawal force of carpets is enhanced, thereby suppressing the falling out of BCF yarns from the carpet.

Abstract: An aramid fabric having excellent adhesion to a polyurethane matrix resin and excellent tensile strength is produced by the method including the steps of: (i) weaving a basket-structured aramid fabric by using aramid yarns as warp and weft yarns; and then (ii) dipping the woven aramid fabric in a sizing agent solution consisting of an aqueous polyurethane resin as a sizing agent and water, followed by squeezing and drying. In the present disclosure, the sizing agent is applied to the woven aramid fabric, thereby effectively preventing the deterioration in weaving efficiency. Further, the aramid fabric is woven in a basket weave, and thus the compactness of the aramid fabric is lowered and the wetting property of the aramid fabric with the polyurethane matrix resin is improved.

Abstract: Disclosed are a PET fiber having an intrinsic viscosity of 1.1 dl/g or higher and a tensile strength of 10 g/d or higher, and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method includes the steps of: melting a polyethylene terephthalate chip having an intrinsic viscosity of 1.4 to 1.7 dl/g to prepare a spinning melt; discharging the spinning melt through a nozzle of a spinning pack; heating the spinning melt just before being discharged from the nozzle by means of a heat source of 300 to 500° C. located immediately below the nozzle; converging a plurality of filaments formed by the discharging to form a multifilament; and drawing the multifilament, wherein a temperature of the spinning pack is maintained at 280 to 305° C.

Abstract: An intermediate material of a thermoplastic prepreg for a fuel cell separation plate comprises a hydrophobic thermoplastic resin film and a fiber base. The hydrophobic thermoplastic resin film has a degree of crystallization of 1 to 20%, a thickness of 3 to 50 ?m, and (iii) a content of an electroconductive material of 1 to 20 wt. %. The film is laminated on at least one surface of the fiber base. The thermoplastic prepreg for a fuel cell separation plate is manufactured by pressurizing the thermoplastic prepreg intermediate material at a temperature higher than the melting point of the hydrophobic thermoplastic resin film. A fuel cell separation membrane manufactured using the thermoplastic prepreg intermediate material and thermoplastic prepreg is thin and light-weight, and have a good durability.

Abstract: A thermoplastic elastomer resin composition for a moisture-permeable waterproof film includes a thermoplastic elastomer resin composed of a hard segment containing polybutylene terephthalate and a soft segment containing polyethylene glycol and polytetramethylene glycol, wherein the polyethylene glycol is contained in an amount of 30 to 70 wt % and the polytetramethylene glycol is contained in an amount of 1 to 10 wt %, based on the total weight of the thermoplastic elastomer resin. Abstract: This invention relates to a hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin and a method of preparing the same, wherein the preparation process is simplified, material supply problems can be solved, and the hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin can be prepared using a catalyst, which is inexpensive, has a low odor and is easy to handle, thereby realizing a yield and a preparation process that enable real-world application thereof. The hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin prepared by the method of the invention has excellent compatibility and a low specific viscosity, and can thus be efficiently used as a tackifier or an adhesive in a variety of fields.

Abstract: An aramid yarn which is adhesive to a polyurethane matrix resin is disclosed. The polyurethane resin is adhered and impregnated to the surface and inside of the aramid yarn, and the content of the polyurethane resin is 1.5 to 7.0% by weight based on the sum of the weight of the polyurethane resin adhered and impregnated to the surface and inside of the aramid yarn plus the weight of the aramid yarn before the polyurethane resin is adhered and impregnated. An aramid fabric is woven into a basket-weave structure and thus has low denseness, the wetting property with the polyurethane matrix resin which is impregnated into the aramid fabric is improved, and consequently, the adhesive properties between the aramid fabric and the polyurethane matrix resin are improved.

Abstract: This invention relates to a polyamide-imide precursor, a polyamide-imide obtained by imidizing the same, a polyamide-imide film, and an image display device including the film.
