    Abstract: A sheet conveyance apparatus composed of a unit which is driven independently of an image forming part of the electrophotographic copying apparatus. The sheet conveyance apparatus is disposed between a sheet feed apparatus and the image-forming part having a photoreceptor on the electrographic copying apparatus. A loop is consistently maintained on the sheet as it is transported within the sheet conveyance apparatus which also includes registration rollers incorporated therein. After the loop is formed, the sheet is stopped at the registration rollers to correct skew. Then, the registration rollers convey the sheet to the image-forming part.

    Abstract: A process for producing a titanium dioxide containing polyester resin composition from which a white film useful as a reflective photographic support can be prepared is disclosed.Said process is performed by first supplying a polyester resin and titanium dioxide into a continuous kneading extruder, kneading them in molten state, and supplying an additional charge of the polyester resin to give a desired concentration of the titanium dioxide, wherein the first supplied polyester resin has an intrinsic viscosity of at least 0.40, said titanium dioxide having an average particle size of 0.1-0.5 .mu.m and a water content of no more than 0.5% and having been surface-treated with an aluminum compound and/or a silicon compound, and the concentration of titanium dioxide being in the range of 20-70 wt % when kneaded with the polyester resin in molten state.

    Abstract: An electrophotographic image forming method is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of developing an electrostatic image formed on an image-forming member with a particulate toner for forming a toner image and transferring said toner image onto a receiving material, in which the image-forming member has a surface-improving layer comprised principally of amorphous silicon, and the toner has a weight average particle size within the range of from 1 .mu.m to 6 .mu.m and contains a constituent having a weight average particle size of not more than 5 .mu.m which accounts for not less than 20% by weight of the whole amount of the toner. An electrophotographic copy bearing a high-resolution and high-quality image can be stably obtained by this method.
