Abstract: A system and method is provided for system for collecting, storing, presenting and disseminating information. In one embodiment, a structured file is generated in response to a query comprising a plurality of frames each containing human readable content displayable on a screen, the plurality of frames comprising an object. The system also includes a storage means for storing the object, a means for transferring the object from one location to another, a means for displaying the object and a user interface means for enabling a user to navigate through the object displaying individual frames.
