Patents Assigned to Koppens Automatic Fabrieken B.V.
  • Patent number: 5224524
Abstract: Multi-variable regulator having at least four mechanical ports having a linear transfer function between at least two of the ports. The multi-variable regulator has a body which is movable in three dimensions. Joint structure connect the body to the ports at three different points on the body. A pneumatic converter controls the position of the body.

  • Patent number: 5123817
Abstract: A vapor exhaust system including a volumeter 5 to which an air pump 7 has been coupled mechanically so that the volume of a certain amount of pumped liquid corresponds to the amount of air pumped from a fuel tank. A translatory or rotary motion provides the signal to maintain this correspondence, in which case the drive shaft 10 of the volumeter 5 is coupled to the air pump which may be executed as a gear pump. If desired, the coupling may be executed as a gear transmission 22.

  • Patent number: 5042775
Abstract: A stop valve (1) provided with an inlet opening (2) and an outlet opening (3) which both open at one side of a sealing (4), that is adjustable for height in dependence on the pressure in an upper chamber (5) at the other side of the sealing (4). The delivery of such a stop valve is enlarged and the diameter of the passage between the inlet opening and the outlet opening is made controllable by applying pressure puls means (9-1, 9-2) connected to the upper chamber (5), which pressure puls means may generate instantaneous pressure variations in the upper chamber (5). The height of the sealing (4) can be adjusted in steps and is therewith controllable by inferencing the time duration of the pressure pulses delivered by the pressure puls means in the upper chamber.

  • Patent number: 4984612
Abstract: A delivery nozzle is connected to the outlet end of a fuel supply hose and includes an outlet pipe. A valve is operatively associated with the discharge end of the outlet pipe for opening and closing the latter and an operator is provided for closing the valve responsive to the operator being subject to sub-atmospheric pressure. Further, sub-atmospheric pressure generating structure is operatively associated with the valve operator and generates sub-atmospheric pressure responsive to fuel flow through the outlet pipe and the discharge end of the pipe being submerged within rising fuel in a tank or a tank fill neck into which fuel is being discharged from the outlet pipe.

  • Patent number: 4930717
Abstract: A hose storing apparatus comprising a casing housing, a fuel supply connection, a flexible hose connected to the fuel supply connection at one end and the other end is provided with a nozzle storable in the casing. The casing is divided at least partly into two compartments, each containing at least one loop of the hose. The loop of the hose in the first compartment accommodates a counter weight in the form of a freely movable disc. At the top of the casin, there are further provided a plurality of relatively small rollers in arcuate formation so that in their totality the formed arc crosses above the two compartments.
