The first pawl includes a first ratcheting tab and a first release lever wherein the first release lever is configured to rotate the first pawl and disengage the first ratcheting tab from the notch strip. The second pawl includes a second ratcheting tab and a second release lever wherein the second release lever is configured to rotate the second pawl and disengage the second ratcheting tab from the notch strip.
