    Abstract: An optical module package using a bidirectional polished silica optical waveguide is disclosed. An optical module package may include a planar optical waveguide that connects at least one aperture of each of the optical components and including inclined surfaces at both ends thereof to allow light, which exits from at least one aperture of any one optical component of the optical components to be subjected to optical coupling in a vertical direction through total reflection on an inclined surface corresponding to the at least one aperture of the any one optical component to cause the light to travel in a horizontal direction, and allows the light to be subjected to optical coupling to at least one aperture of a remaining optical component in the vertical direction through total reflection on the inclined surface corresponding to the at least one aperture of the remaining optical component.

    Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a highly stretchable three-dimensional (3D) percolated conductive nano-network structure, a 3D nano-structured porous elastomer including patterns distributed in a periodic network is formed. A surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is changed to a hydrophilic state. A polymeric material is conformally adhered on the surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer. The surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is wet by infiltrating a conductive solution in which a conductive material is dispersed. A 3D percolated conductive nano-network coupled with the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is formed by evaporating a solvent of the conductive solution and removing the polymeric material.

    Abstract: Multiplexed fluorescent imaging which is essential for finding out how various biomolecules are spatially distributed in cells or tissues is disclosed. The present disclosure may obtain 10 or more different biomolecule images with one labeling and imaging by newly designing selection of fluorophores, detection spectral ranges, and signal unmixing algorithm. The present disclosure is a blind unmixing technology for unmixing an image without an emission spectrum of fluorophore, and in this technology, 4 pairs of fluorophores are used, and each pair consists of two fluorophores in which emission spectra are overlapped. Each pair of fluorophores is strongly excited by only one excitation laser. Two images with different detection spectral ranges are obtained for each pair, and two images are unmixed via mutual information minimization without fluorophore emission spectrum information. Two images also may be unmixed via Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization and fluorescence measurement based unmixing.
