Patents Assigned to Korea Bundy Co., Ltd.
  • Publication number: 20130306287
Abstract: Provided is an L-type turn-fin tube including a turn-fin which may provide excellent adhesiveness even with a tube having a small diameter, and a turn-fin type heat exchanger using the L-type turn-fin tube. The L-type turn-fin tube includes the tube and the turn-fin. A refrigerant moves in the tube. The turn-fin includes a base portion that is formed on one side of a bent portion obtained when a part of a groove portion recessed in a longitudinal direction is bent in the longitudinal direction, and a fin portion that is formed on the other side of the bent portion, wherein the base portion is spirally wound around an outer surface of the tube.

  • Patent number: 7988908
Abstract: Provided is a filler metal alloy composition capable of improving appearance of a welded zone and fluidity, penetration, etc., of an inexpensive filler metal by minimizing a content of silver (Ag) and adding tin (Sn) and silicon (Si) components. The filler metal alloy composition, brazed to a joint between parent metals to stably join the parent metals formed of the same material or different materials, is characterized in that the composition comprises silver (Ag), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), tin (Sn), silicon (Si), and other unavoidable impurities.

  • Patent number: 7861553
Abstract: Provided is a suction pipe assembly with improved heat conductivity and a manufacturing method thereof. The suction pipe assembly includes a suction pipe, a capillary, a heat transmission pipe, and an adhesive agent. The suction pipe is disposed between a compressor and an evaporator and guides a refrigerant ejected from the evaporator to the compressor in a cooling system executing cooling by circulating the refrigerant and including the compressor, the condenser and the evaporator. The capillary is disposed between the condenser and the evaporator and guides the refrigerant ejected from the condenser to the evaporator. The heat transmission pipe includes the capillary inside and a contact portion for widening a contact area to the suction pipe outside to tightly contact the suction pipe. The adhesive agent is interposed between an external surface of the suction pipe and the contact portion to connect the heat transmission pipe with the suction pipe.

  • Patent number: 7739980
Abstract: An apparatus and method for manufacturing a steel tube are provided. The apparatus includes: a tube-forming device for forming a steel plate into a steel tube; a heat treatment device connected in-line to the tube-forming device to heat the steel tube to a high temperature; a pre-treatment device for annealing the steel tube and providing a reduction atmosphere; and a plating device including a pot for storing a SeAHLume alloy composed of aluminum and zinc in a molten state, a level block selectively inserted into the molten alloy to adjust a level of the molten alloy, and a plating part into which the molten alloy flows in response to insertion of the level block and through which the steel tube passes substantially vertically. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a steel tube having a plated surface to improve its corrosion-resistance.
