In the method, an HIP process and a heat treatment process, which have been performed to manufacture or repair a Ni-based superalloy component for a gas turbine, are performed as a one-step process using an HIP apparatus. Thus, component defects, such as micropores and microcracks, which are generated when casting, welding, or brazing the Ni-based superalloy component for a gas turbine used for a combined cycle thermal power plant or airplane, can be cured using an HIP apparatus at high temperature and high pressure and, at the same time, the physical properties of the Ni-based superalloy component can be optimized using the heat treatment process.

The method for preparing a mixed nano-lubricating oil includes the steps of: (a) preparing a mixed solution by adding and mixing a nanopowder and a dispersant to a solvent and pulverizing the nanopowder to a primary particle level; (b) modifying the surface of the nanopowder; (c) substituting the solvent of the mixed solution to a lubricating oil; and (d) mixing at least two nano-lubricating oils prepared using physically and chemically different nanopowders. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the wear resistance and the load resistance at the same time by mixing at least two kinds of lubricating oils having excellent wear resistance or load resistance.

The D/Q controller includes a rotary converter to convert the D and Q-axis signals into AC signals and D and Q-axis order units coupled thereto, and generates the D and Q-axis signals through the order units. The PWM unit converts the D and Q-axis signals into 3-phase AC signals and compares them with 3-phase triangular waves to generate on/off signals for turning on/off the switching elements.
