The composition for improving intestinal microbial flora of the present invention is capable of increasing the proportion of beneficial bacteria in intestinal microbial flora by promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria while inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria, and accordingly, the composition of intestinal microbial flora can be improved and the balance thereof maintained, ultimately assisting in improving the health of the body, such as by strengthening immunity and improving skin texture.
