    Abstract: A jig for a sample for a solar photovoltaic device is disclosed. The jig includes a cradle unit supporting the sample and a contact unit including at least one probe pin coming into contact with a busbar of the sample located in the cradle unit. The contact unit includes a coupling plate coupled with the cradle unit and at least one contact bar including a PCB and connected to the coupling plate, the contact bar having at least one probe pin aligned with the busbar of the sample with interposition of a probe pin connecting block. the jig includes a rotation support unit coupled with the cradle unit by a rotation shaft to allow the cradle unit to be rotated at an angle of 180° or greater so that upper and lower surfaces of the sample supported by the cradle unit are reversed.

    Abstract: In the present invention, a recuperator is used in a refrigerant cycle to make a heat exchange between a refrigerant generated in a condenser and a refrigerant before flowing into a compressor, thereby supercooling the refrigerant to minimize the quality of the refrigerant introduced into an evaporator, elevating temperatures at an inlet and an outlet of the compressor, and increasing condensed heat of the condenser. In the present invention, a recuperator is used to increase condensed heat of the condenser, leading to increasing the heat which circulation water circulating in a steam producing cycle receives from the condenser, whereby steam production efficiency can be improved.

Further, contact with the ceramic material in order to prevent wetting is minimized, thereby preventing a reduction in the physical properties of the thin film due to the impurities mixed with the deposited Al.

The bioelectrochemical system according to the present invention comprises: an anode chamber comprising an anode which accommodates an electron produced when treating an organic material in wastewater with a microorganism; a cathode chamber comprising a cathode receiving the electron from the anode, for producing a hydroxide ion by reacting the electron with oxygen and water provided from the outside, and depositing the polyvalent ion inside an electrolyte by using the hydroxide ion; and an anion exchange membrane for blocking the polyvalent ion inside the electrolyte from moving to the anode chamber. Also, the present invention provides the bioelectrochemical system capable of removing the polyvalent ion present in seawater etc., and simultaneously producing hydrogen.
