The provided method includes receiving a T.38 fax data for analyzing a predetermined QoS motoring data of the T.38 fax data and generating status information, transmitting the status information to a gateway which has transmitted the T.38 fax data, receiving the status information for analyzing a packet loss of the transmitted T.38 fax data based on the status information, and increasing or decreasing a secondary message sequence length based on an analysis result.
