Abstract: The present invention relates to an expansion culture method for natural killer cells and, more particularly, to an expansion culture method for natural killer cells, wherein the cultured natural killer cells are treated with an HDAC inhibitor. According to the present invention, when natural killer cells are subjected to in vitro expansion culture, the cells can be restrained from undergoing cell death, resulting in a remarkable improvement in the viability and production yield of the cells. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a biosensor for measuring glucose in a biological sample, which contains a filter unit formed of a cytoplasmic membrane, which allows selective permeation of glucose in a biological sample. The biosensor of the present disclosure, which contains the cytoplasmic membrane filter unit allowing selective permeation of glucose in the biological sample, exhibits high glucose detection sensitivity as compared to the commercially available blood sugar measuring sensors and also exhibits high glucose detection specificity despite the addition of signal-interfering substances such as fructose, xylose, maltose, cysteine, ascorbic acid, uric acid, galactose, etc. In addition, because he cytoplasmic membrane filter unit contained in the biosensor for measuring glucose of the present disclosure is not significantly affected by the moisture in the air, it can be applied to various products such as a disposable blood sugar test strip or an attachable or implantable glucose measuring device.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an anti-reflection coating and a method of forming the same. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the anti-reflection coating includes a first layer positioned on a substrate to be spaced apart from the substrate by a first distance and a second layer positioned on the first layer to be spaced apart from the first layer by a second distance. In this case, the first and second layers are a metamaterial forming a structural double layer and are realized as an anomalous dispersive medium that does not absorb incident light. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing physically modified starch by utilizing heating and freezing-thawing (FT) on starch or a starch-gum mixture obtained by adding gum to starch. According to the method for preparing physically modified starch of the present invention, the weakness of natural starch can be supplemented, and heat and shear stability, gel-forming ability, and storage stability thereof can be improved. Especially, modified starch with a significantly improved modification effect can be produced by the addition of gum and the heating and freezing-thawing treatment. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of post-treating a zeolite membrane, comprising treating a defective zeolite membrane with a chemical material such as a dye molecule, which has a size larger than that of the pores of the zeolite membranes and smaller than defects in the membrane, thereby healing the defects in the membrane. The post-treatment method performs post-treatment of the zeolite membrane under mild conditions (room temperature and normal pressure), thereby selectively healing the defects in the zeolite membrane and improving the performance of the zeolite membrane. In addition, the method may provide a high-performance membrane having a high separation factor, particularly under dry conditions.
