  • Patent number: 10482855
Abstract: To provide a change of sound in response to a player's operation that is close to the change of sound of real hi-hat cymbals. A hi-hat cymbal sound generation apparatus according to the present invention includes an input part, a recording part, a trigger part and a sound volume control part. The input part acquires state information and vibration information. The recording part records data on a foot close sound, data on a foot open sound, and data on a hit sound in each state indicated by the state information. The trigger part checks whether the vibration indicated by the vibration information falls within a predetermined range in which a sound generation procedure is to be started, and starts sound generation procedures for at least all the hit sounds when the trigger part determines that the vibration falls within the range in which a sound generation procedure is to be started.

  • Patent number: 10475430
Abstract: A hi-hat cymbal sound generation apparatus according to the present invention includes an input part, a recording part, a trigger part and a sound volume control part. The input part acquires distance information on a distance between a top pad and a bottom pad, state information and vibration information on a vibration of the top pad. The input part acquires the state information by determining the state information based on a corrected distance, which is obtained by adding a distance correction value, which corresponds to a magnitude of the vibration indicated by the vibration information, to the distance indicated by the distance information. The recording part records data on a hit sound in each state indicated by the state information. The trigger part checks whether the vibration indicated by the vibration information falls within a predetermined range in which a sound generation procedure is to be started.

  • Publication number: 20170103867
Abstract: A vacuum tube includes a filament and two pairs of a grid and an anode. The filament is tensioned linearly and emits thermoelectrons. Both of the anodes are formed on a same face on a planar substrate. The filament is arranged parallel to the planar substrate at a position facing both of the anodes. Each of the grids is arranged, such that the grid faces the anode of a same pair at a first predetermined distance from the anode and has a second predetermined distance from the filament, between the anode and the filament. The vacuum tube further includes an intermediate filament fixing part fixing the filament at a position corresponding to an intermediate point between the anodes of the two pairs.

  • Patent number: 7488887
Abstract: An attachment part is disposed on a part of the edge of a resonance plate, which is made of a metal containing copper, and a weight is attached to the resonance plate at a predetermined distance from the attachment part. Plural vibration pickups are attached to the surface of the resonance plate between the weight and the attachment part. The resonance plate is attached to a percussion instrument at the attachment part. The plural vibration pickups produce electric signals corresponding to the resonant vibrations at their respective positions on the resonance plate, and the electric signals are mixed and output as percussion-instrument-sound signals.

  • Patent number: 5756919
Abstract: A musical sound generating system not requiring a memory unit or interpolation device for generating a tone having a tone color including a large number of harmonic components. The tone is generated with few operations and ready predictability of tone color. The musical sound generating system includes an adder for phase modulating a carrier wave by adding modulating wave data to carrier wave phase angle data; a pseudo-sinusoidal wave operator for outputting a pseudo-sinusoidal wave in response to phase-modulated carrier wave phase angle data from the adder; and a multiplier for generating a tone signal by multiplying the pseudo-sinusoidal wave by amplitude coefficient data. The pseudo-sinusoidal wave operator controls modulation of the pseudo-sinusoidal wave in accordance with a function modulation coefficient that is supplied to the operator as an external parameter.
