Abstract: A testing system, particularly directed at contract workers, permits computer-aided instruction and testing at each of a plurality of testing sites. Different tests are created and administered for each of a plurality of work sites, which can be selected by the prospective contract worker. Whether the worker passed a particular site-specific test is stored in a database, which in turn is accessible by the work site management. The system has particular application to safety instruction and testing as mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
