Abstract: A crotch member of a disposable under garment is joined to central portions of a symmetrical ventral member and a symmetrical dorsal member. A crotch side edge of the ventral member includes a recessed line symmetrically recessed toward a waist side edge between a center line and left and right end portions of the ventral member. The recessed line includes bottom portions each closest to the waist side edge located at a position closer to the left and right end portions than the center line. A crotch side edge of the dorsal member include a protruding line symmetrically protruding away from a waist side edge between a centerline and left and right end portions of the dorsal member. The protruding line includes top portions farthest away from the waist side edge located at a position closer to the centerline than the left and right end portions.
Abstract: A disposable pant type undergarment includes a ventral member, a dorsal member and a crotch member that bridges the ventral member and the dorsal member. A crotch edge of the ventral member and the dorsal member each includes right and left edge lines, right and left tilted lines and a central line. The edge lines are approximately parallel in a waist-around direction. Nearer the central line, a distance between a waist opening of the undergarment and the tilted lines of the ventral member is shorter, and a distance between the waist opening and the tilted lines of the dorsal member is longer. Tilted portions of a leg-surrounding elastic body extend in a leaving direction from the crotch edge of the ventral member and extend into an area overlapped with the ventral member and the crotch member.
Abstract: An absorbent article such as disposable diaper or sanitary napkin in which discharged liquid can be penetrated and diffused quickly. A rectangular shaped flat absorbent core interposed between a front surface sheet and a back surface sheet comprises at least one ditch traversing a point within a circle with a radius of 25 mm from its plane center to the periphery of the flat absorbent core so as to divide the flat absorbent core into not less than two parts.
Abstract: The present invention is a tool holder for supporting a cutting insert during a material-removal process. The tool holder comprises a body having a channel formed therein for receiving a finger that extends from a head. The finger is secured within the channel by an assembly screw that permits the head to move between a retracted position and an extended position relative to the body. When the head is in its extended position, the head is permitted to pivot relative to the body; however, when the head is in its retracted position a pair of shoulders on the body engage a pair of notches on the head, preventing the head from pivoting. A locking screw is also provided that locks the head to the body. The locking screw is designed so that as the locking screw is tightened, the head is urged against the body, thus providing a positive known position for the insert each time the head is moved.
