    Abstract: Stable, sterile, aqueous based fluidized oleoresin compositions and methods for making such compositions comprising a small particle size stable aqueous dispersion of from about 10 to about 20% each of an oleoresin component and an polyoxyethylene ether of sorbitol monooleate having about 20 oxyethylene groups per molecule. The compositions further include an edible hydrophilic gum and phosphoric acid.
