Abstract: A system for the dynamical providing of storing units with goods contained therein consists at least of: a storage area consisting of at least one rack module composed of at least two rack plates separated from each other by an alley, for storing the storing units in rack shelves; a floor-bound transport system with at least one vehicle; a store feeding system working floor-free and comprising at least one storing device that is designed and suited to take storing units with goods out of the rack shelves and to transport same above a driving track of said at least one vehicle in hanging to at least one commissioning shelf for the floor-bound transport system and, as the case may be, to transport other storing units back from this commissioning shelf; a control system that is designed such that it collects at least the occupancy data of the storing places and the movement and/or position data of the floor-bound vehicles and of the floor-free storing devices and that, by using this information, coordinates and
Abstract: The aim of the invention is to provide a system and a method which surmounts the problems of prior art. According to the inventive system and method for measuring horizontal deviation of a load receiving element in relation to a position of a hoist traveling trolley, the load receiving element is suspendedly arranged on a plurality of supporting cables on the hoist traveling trolley and least two cable length sensors are provided, the sensors being operatively connected to a data processing device, preferably a processor. The cables of the at least two cable length sensors are disposed between the hoist traveling trolley and the load receiving element in such a way that a computer unit which is connected to the data processing device determines the horizontal deviation of the load receiving element in relation to the position of the hoist traveling trolley for the length of the respective cables of the cable length sensors.
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for operating storage units. The inventive system enables quick storage and removal therefrom and exhibits an optimum redundancy capacity. In order to counteract shortfalls in individual shelf operation devices, the inventive load receiving means acts as a support for a system for operating storage units, especially high shelf storage units, comprising means for mechanical connection to shelf unit, a lift device and a device arranged thereon for the transversal movement of loads, whereby the means for connection to a shelf unit has an electric drive unit with a pinion gear, driving a toothed rack and the toothed rack is arranged and embodied in such a way that when the pinion gear is rotated said toothed rack moves laterally outside the load receiving means, and the toothed racks are respectively provided with means which protrude from the ends thereof above the load receiving means, engaging into corresponding receiving devices on the shelf units.

Abstract: The invention concerns a method and a system for substantially reducing the number of stackers and for optimizing the working area of the warehouse. The invention aims at enabling integration of the polar load to be transported in a particular transport process. Said aim is achieved through a method for storing and transferring polar loads. Therefor, the polar load is stored and transferred by means of a storage system, the orientation of the polar load when it is being stored is substantially identical to the orientation of the polar load when it is being transferred and the polar load is directly integrated in a transport process without changing orientation.
