Abstract: The wheel rim cover invention herein utilizes a circular disc having engraved holes on the front surface and a number of clasp components on the rear surface, enabling the clasp components to be positioned adjacent to the reinforcement linings along the outer edge and rear side of the circular disc and on the mounting bases that curve slightly inward. Therefore, the clasp components can be placed within the engraved holes when stacked and the clasp components at the upper extent of the wheel rim cover can be placed inside the engraved holes at the lower extent of the wheel rim cover.
