Abstract: This invention relates to lactic fermenting products of ginseng obtained by fermentation of ginseng using lactic acid bacteria, yoghurt containing said lactic fermenting products of ginseng, and lactic acid bacteria used in the preparation of said lactic fermenting products of ginseng.
