    Abstract: A card connector includes an insulative housing with a first card receiving space, a number of first contacts extending into the first card receiving space, a push-push mechanism and a stop wall. The push-push mechanism includes a slider, an elastic member for urging the slider and a locking arm fixed to the slider. The locking arm includes a hook for locking a first card and a resilient buffering member protruding forwardly beyond the slider. The stop wall is located adjacent to an insertion opening of the first card receiving space. The stop wall is capable of resisting against the resilient buffering member so as to slow down the first card when the first card is quickly ejected along the card extraction direction. As a result, the first card can be prevented from flying off the card connector.

Each locking arm includes a retaining portion fixed to the insulative housing and a resilient arm extending forwardly from the retaining portion. The resilient arm is deformable outwardly so as to lock or unlock with the card. The resilient arm includes an engaging portion extending inwardly and a hook at a front of the engaging portion. The engaging portion includes a downwardly inclined surface for guiding installation of the card. The hook protrudes upwardly beyond the engaging portion so that when the card is not so inserted along a card-insertion direction, even if the card is downwardly pressed, a top edge of the hook resists against the card so as to prevent the card from further downward movement.

    Abstract: A manufacturing process for a plurality of conductive terminals, comprising the steps of: (1) punching a flat metallic plate to form a carrier and a plurality of spaced-apart terminal bodies, and blanking each of the terminal bodies to form an uneven surface, so that the uneven surface serves as a wiping unit; (2) bending each of the terminal bodies to form a curved contact segment, a resilient segment, a fixed segment, and a connecting segment, such that the uneven surface is located at the contact segment; (3) assembling the bent terminal bodies to an insulating housing; and (4) cutting and removing the carrier from the terminal bodies so that the terminal bodies disposed on the insulating housing constitute the conductive terminals.

    Abstract: A coaxial electrical connector is provided with a metallic shell, an insulator received in a hollow portion enclosed by the metallic shell, and a terminal member received in a through-hole of the insulator. The terminal member has a first gap for inserting a wire stock, while the insulator and the metallic shell are provided with a second gap and a third gap respectively for the wire stock to pass through. The terminal member includes a flat contact for supporting the wire stock, a fixing portion for fixing the terminal member in the through-hole of the insulator, and a connecting member having an inserting gap. The flat contact is formed with frictional stripes at the surface contacting with the wire stock, making the coaxial electrical connector possess a stronger holding force for the wire stock, and the ill contact caused by loose of the wire stock be prevented.
