Abstract: A display control apparatus includes; a display unit; a web display control unit which causes a web page to be displayed; an instruction acceptance image display control unit which causes a download instruction acceptance image to be displayed in a web page; a download instruction acceptance unit which accepts a download instruction in accordance with an operation based on the download instruction acceptance image; a processing acceptance image display control unit which displays a processing acceptance image for accepting an instruction for carrying out printing, saving or transmission in respect of the data to be downloaded, when the download instruction is accepted; and a processing acceptance unit which accepts the selection of any one of the aforementioned processes in accordance with an user's operation based on the processing acceptance image.

Abstract: A developing device includes an applying portion for applying a bias at a first voltage value and a first frequency, to a toner bearing member during a development period in which toner particles are supplied to an image bearing member. A controller executes a removal control to remove attached matter adhering to a bearing surface of the toner bearing member during a non-development period. Upon executing the removal control, the controller first causes residual toner particles to separate from the bearing surface. Subsequently, the controller controls the applying portion to cause a second bias at a second voltage value higher than the first voltage value or at a second frequency higher than the first frequency to be applied to the toner bearing member while bringing a developer layer on a developer bearing member into contact with the bearing surface.
Abstract: A multi function peripheral is provided with a display controller for causing a display section to display reception screens for respective settings on functions executable in the electrical apparatus, an instruction receiver for receiving an instruction to designate a content of each setting from the user, a display format receiver for receiving an instruction to select any one of a wizard display format, a list display format and a menu display format from the user, and a storage for storing the display format received by the display format receiver while relating it to the contents of the respective settings received by the instruction receiver.

Abstract: A stapling section staples a sheet has an opening. The opening has a first open side facing a moving direction of a recording medium moved by the medium moving section and a second open side extending along the moving direction. A shutter is near the second open side in the stapling section. The shutter has a first end axially supported in a freely rotatable manner on an upstream side in the moving direction for arranging the sheet at the stapling position, and a second end portion that hangs down toward the downstream side in the moving direction. When the sheet is not in the stapling section, the second end of the shutter hangs down to block the second open side. When the sheet enters the stapling section through the opening section, the second end of the shutter is pushed up by the axially supported end as the support shaft.

A posture holding mechanism holds the third posture of the manual feed tray.
