Patents Assigned to Kyodo Insatsu Kabushiki Kaisha
  • Patent number: 4321816
Abstract: A thin-walled metal tube includes a tubular nipple section, a shoulder section joined to the nipple section, a tubular barrel section and a border section connecting the shoulder and barrel sections, the barrel section being defined by a wall having a thickness in the range of between about 20 microns and about 70 microns. The border section includes a region which changes in thickness, the wall thickness of the border section being greater than the thickness of the wall defining the barrel section and the thickness changing region having a cross-section having either an arcuate or a tapered region.

  • Patent number: 4244288
Abstract: A flying printer of reduced size and weight comprises a continuously-rotating ratchet wheel for driving a printing hammer through an interposed trigger lever and a print drum rotating continuously at a speed in a fixed ratio to that of said wheel. A striking face of a tooth on the ratchet-wheel lies in the same plane as the stroke-receiving face of the trigger lever, and said plane passes through the axis of rotation of said ratchet wheel. Further, the trigger lever is pivotally supported on the arm of the printing hammer, and the region of the arm in which the support of said lever is to be disposed is narrowly prescribed for the most effective transfer of energy from said ratchet wheel to said printing hammer.A paper-feed mechanism is operatively connected with said printing mechanism, the feed of said paper being intermittent while the drum is designed to rotate continuously.

  • Patent number: 4200051
Abstract: A side seamless composite type collapsible tube having a tubular nipple section, a shoulder section and a tubular barrel section for receiving an extractable content is provided. The tube sections are formed of a continuous wall of metallic material having a wall thickness from about 20 to 70.mu. with at least a portion of the tubular barrel section coated with a synthetic resinous layer of from about 50 to 500.mu. thick. A method of forming the tube from a metallic blank material is also provided.

  • Patent number: 4001062
Abstract: Reproductions of works of art or other artifacts in which the surface irregularities are reproduced as well as the colors of the original, are prepared by forming a mold which reproduces in negative form the surface irregularities of the original, preparing a transparent moldment in said mold, preparing a photographic reproduction of the original to the same scale as the moldment, and joining the moldment and the reproduction in registry. The mold may be prepared either by casting on the original work of art or artifact to be reproduced, or on a reproduction prepared manually by a skilled artisan, the latter technique making it possible to vary the scale of the reproduction. Where the scale of the mold is different from that of the original, the scale of the photographic reproduction is changed correspondingly.
