  • Publication number: 20050211216
Abstract: A model engine starter assembly is provided which is capable of quickly relieving the engagement between the actuator and the coupling pin upon the start of the model engine and includes a starter shaft which carries a starter pin and defines a shaft axis, and a hub provided with a guide groove which is slanted at a predetermined angle with respect to the shaft axis. The hub has a bore in which a rearward end portion of the starter shaft is inserted for rotational movement relative to the hub. The starter pin is received within the slanted groove so as to move the starter shaft in the direction of the shaft axis in response to rotation of the shaft axis relative to the hub to thereby move an actuator attached to a forward end of the starter shaft into and out of engagement with a connecting pin of the model engine's crank shaft.

  • Patent number: 6757936
Abstract: Problems in a conventional wheel of a traveling structure are solved, which in a traveling toy, the lateral movement cannot be performed reducing a game fascinating aspect and it is difficult to differentiate the toy from other traveling toys, and when a field is furrowed with a cultivator, upon completion of the furrowing at the field end, the cultivator has to be revolved at the field end to form the next furrow, so that an additional field area is required or when the additional area is not available, a field portion is generated where the furrow cannot be formed. A wheel for a traveling structure comprises an auxiliary-wheel carrier that rotates when the traveling structure proceeds straight and revolves, and a plurality of auxiliary wheels attached to the auxiliary-wheel carrier rotatably in a direction perpendicular to the rotational direction of the auxiliary-wheel carrier, part of the auxiliary wheels being exposed from the external peripheral surface of the auxiliary-wheel carrier.

  • Patent number: 6726524
Abstract: Problems are solved in a conventional traveling structure that can perform only the back and forth movement, circularly back and forth movement, and straight laterally movement, so that every directional movement is desired, and is not suitable for a traveling structure of agricultural equipment desired to be movable in every direction, and also is not enough of a challenge to be a traveling toy. In a traveling structure for traveling by rotating wheels with a driving source such as a motor, the traveling structure comprises a main body, the wheels arranged on every side of the main body, and auxiliary wheels arranged in the wheels rotatably in a direction perpendicular to the rotating direction of the wheels, wherein the auxiliary wheels are protruded from a supporting surface of the wheels.

  • Patent number: 6165036
Abstract: A water tank provides an activity space for an underwater wireless remote-controlled toy. A wireless transmitter is positioned within the water tank and emits wireless remote-control signals to the toy, whereby underwater movement of the toy is controlled. The wireless transmitter may transmit either electromagnetic or infrared control signals to the toy.

  • Patent number: 5141469
Abstract: A toy racing set includes an endless track and a remote-controlled self-propelled wireless racing toy adapted to travel around the track in a predetermined direction. The track includes a number of curved and straight sections connected to one another in such a manner as to establish a desired closed-loop race course. The straight sections of the track have a plurality of linear grooves extending generally parallel to the travel direction of the racing toy. The curved sections have a plurality of discontinuous turning grooves which are oriented at an angle from an outside portion of the curved section towards an inside portion of the curved section with respect to the predetermined travel direction of the racing toy as the racing toy enters the curved section from an adjacent straight section. The racing toy is of the single-channel variety (i.e.
