Abstract: A bioink comprises a cell solution comprising living cells and a cell culture medium, and a self-assembling peptide solution comprising a self-assembling peptide. The bioink is formed by mixing and extruding the cell solution and the self-assembling peptide solution together, and the bioink can be continuously extruded from the mixer after mixing. Useful methods of making bioinks and are also disclosed.
