Abstract: An encoder calculates an indication to a previous reference picture having temporal identity of zero. The encoder creates a first set of indicators to the previous reference picture, to all reference pictures in a first reference picture set of the previous reference picture, and to all pictures following the previous reference picture in decoding order and precede the current picture in decoding order. The encoder sets a flag for picture order count cycle, when a long term reference picture (LTRP) has least significant bits (LSBs) of a picture order count, for which more than one picture in the first set share same value of the LSBs of picture order count as the LTRP. The decoder obtains LSB of a picture order count for a LTRP in a reference picture set of the current picture. The decoder concludes non-compliant bitstream based on indications provided by the flag.
Abstract: There are provided computing devices and methods, etc. to controllably transform an image of a face, including a high resolution image, to simulate continuous aging. Ethnicity-specific aging information and weak spatial supervision are used to guide the aging process defined through training a model comprising a GANs based generator. Aging maps present the ethnicity-specific aging information as skin sign scores or apparent age values. The scores are located in the map in association with a respective location of the skin sign zone of the face associated with the skin sign. Patch-based training, particularly in association with location information to differentiate similar patches from different parts of the face, is used to train on high resolution images while minimize resource usage.

Abstract: A siding product has a downwardly opened connector near an upper portion of a frontal face. There is a channel below the downwardly opened connector. The siding product also has an upwardly opened connector near a lower portion of a rear face. There is a projection on the upwardly opened connector that interlocks or connects with the channel when the two connectors are connected together. The protrusion on one siding product and the channel on another siding product cooperate to prevent the top siding product from falling or distorting its shape prior to installation of the top siding piece on the structure.

Abstract: A cryogen storage vessel at an installation is filled with liquid cryogen from a liquid cryogen storage tank that has a pressure lower than that of the vessel. After headspaces of the vessel and tank are placed in fluid communication with another via a gas transfer vessel and are pressure-balanced, a pump in a liquid transfer line connected between the tank and the vessel is operated to transfer amounts of liquid cryogen from the tank to the vessel via the liquid transfer line and pump as amounts of gaseous cryogen are transferred, through displacement by the pumped cryogenic liquid, from the vessel to the tank.
