Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a dye composition comprising at least one dye, at least one nonionic surfactant, at least one cationic associative polymer, at least one fatty alcohol and at least one fatty acid ester, wherein the fatty alcohol/nonionic surfactant weight ratio is greater than 0.5 and water is present in the dye composition in an amount greater than or equal to 55% by weight. The disclosure also relates to a process for dyeing keratin fibers using such a composition, and also to a multi-compartment device or kit separately containing the dye composition and an oxidizing composition.

Abstract: An applicator for applying a substance to a keratinous surface may include a stem and an applicator member associated with a distal end of the stem. The stem may include a portion extending around at least part of the applicator member. The portion may have a proximal end and may extend from the proximal end toward the distal end of the stem. The proximal end of the portion may either be distal to a proximal end of the applicator member or located at substantially the same position as the proximal end of the applicator member. The portion may be configured to be deformed at least in part in response to deformation of the applicator member during application of the substance to the keratinous surface.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a composition for the oxidation dyeing of keratinous fibers, for example, human keratinous fibers, such as the hair, comprising, in a medium appropriate for dyeing, at least one oxidation dye and at least one polymer comprising the repetition of: (i) at least one unit derived from a monomer of acrylamide type, (ii) at least one unit derived from a monomer of dialkyldiallylammonium halide type, and (iii) at least 50 mol % of at least one unit derived from a monomer of vinylcarboxylic acid type. The composition disclosed is easily and rapidly removed during the rinsing stage while retaining good rheological and dyeing properties.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a composition for the oxidation dyeing of keratin fibers, for example, human keratin fibers such as the hair, comprising, in a medium that is suitable for dyeing, at least one oxidation dye and at least one polymer comprising a repetition of: (i) from 45 mol % to 60 mol % of at least one unit derived from a monomer of acrylamide type, (ii) at least one unit derived from a monomer of dialkyldiallylammonium halide type, and (iii) at least one unit derived from a monomer of vinylcarboxylic acid type, wherein the mole ratio of the amount of the at least one unit derived from a monomer of dialkyldiallylammonium halide type to the amount of the at least one unit derived from a monomer of vinylcarboxylic acid type is greater than or equal to 1. The present invention makes it possible in particular to obtain a chromatic and fast coloration of keratin fibers, which is visible even on dark hair without prior lightening.
