Abstract: A method and system or kit is provided, where makeup containing an alkane and a styrenic block copolymer can be easily removed if a separate makeup-removing composition that includes an alkane and a low viscosity dimethicone (having a viscosity of 60,000 cst or less) is applied. The dimethicone in this viscosity range causes the styrenic block copolymer to gel. After allowing a short period of time for the gelling to occur, the gelled copolymer and the remainder of the makeup can then be readily removed.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for obtaining a layer at least partially made of a nitride (N), first comprising the provision of a stack comprising at least one assembly of pads (1000A1-1000B4) extending from a substrate (100). Each pad comprises at least one creep section (220A1-220A5) and one crystalline section (300A1,300A5) surmounting the creep section (200A1-200A5). Then, a crystallite (510A1-510A5) is epitaxially grown on at least some of said pads until coalescence of the crystallites, so as to form a nitride layer (550A). The pads of the assembly are distributed over the substrate, such that the relative arrangement of the pads of the assembly is such that during the epitaxy of the crystallites, the progressive coalescence of the crystallites is always done between, on the one hand, a crystallite or a plurality of coalesced crystallites and, on the other hand, an isolated crystallite.

Abstract: A method for producing a device comprising GAA transistors. Advantageously, the channels of the transistors are produced by deposition of a semiconductor material, preferably a 2D material, after successive removal of certain layers of the initial stack. The gates-all-around are produced after selective removal of the other layers from the initial stack. The initial stack does not comprise the semiconductor material, nor the material of the gates. The subsequent deposition of the semiconductor material aims to better preserve the semiconductor material.

In at least one of the pairs, the pulleys are rotationally secured to one another. The two cables each cooperating with one of the upstream cables and one of the downstream cables to define strands parallel to the screw rotational axis and attached to the nut. One of the cables forms a loop while the other extends beyond its downstream pulley to cooperate with a remote pulley rotatably mounted about a separate axis of rotation, the remote pulley forming a return to return the extended cable to the upstream pulley, the extended cable prevented from sliding over its upstream or associated downstream pulley that is rotationally engaged.

Abstract: The invention relates to the transmission and reception of non-binary error correcting code words. The transmission method includes a first modulation (56) which implements a set of q sequences comprising q?1 sequences of q?1 chips, each sequence being obtained by circular shifting of a basic pseudo-random sequence, and a partially invariant sequence, invariant to a predetermined subset of circular shifts. The first modulation (56) further implements an association between each code word symbol and a sequence of the set of sequences wherein said finite field GFq has a non-zero primitive element, the symbol zero being associated with said partially invariant sequence and a symbol equal to a power j of the primitive element, j being an integer comprised between 0 and q?2, being associated with a pseudo-random sequence determined by j circular shifts of the basic pseudo-random sequence.

Abstract: An authentication method for a user who has a hierarchical deterministic keys wallet including a path between the user's master private key and a private key specific to a smart contract, the path including a plurality of branches each carrying an index, the smart contract being univocally identified by one or several indices of branches followed by the path. The user can issue a transaction from an issuing account address, obtained by hashing the public key corresponding to the specific private key in an asymmetric cryptosystem, and can sign this transaction using the specific private key. The smart contract uses the signature to verify that the transaction was really issued from the issuing account address in question.

Abstract: With Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), facial alignment networks (FAN) have achieved significant accuracy on a wide range of public datasets, which comes along with larger model size and expensive computation costs, making it infeasible to adapt them to real-time applications on edge devices. There is provided a model compression approach on FAN using One-Shot Neural Architecture Search to overcome this problem while preserving performance criteria. Methods and devices provide efficient training and searching (on a single GPU), and resultant models can deploy to run real-time in browser-based applications on edge devices including tablets and smartphones. The compressed models provide comparable cutting-edge accuracy, while having a 30 times smaller model size and can run 40.7 ms per frame in a popular browser on a popular smartphone and OS.
