Abstract: Systems devices, and methods including: an additive manufacturing component having tools for manufacturing parts and a support structure associated with a part being manufactured; a computing device configured to: identify a region to support on the part being manufactured; determine a set of one or more slices via an iterative process; determine a set of support lines based on the determined set of one or more slices; determine a density associated with the determined set of support lines; and transmit instructions to the additive manufacturing component to add a slice on to the support structure based on the determined set of support lines and associated density; and where the additive manufacturing component is configured to execute a series of instructions to connect the support structure to the region to support via the determined set of support lines.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to medical delivery devices that include a barrel having an inner surface, and in at least one embodiment, the inner surface is hydrophilic. The medical delivery device may further include a stopper may having an elastomeric body, one or more fluoropolymer layers, and two or more ribs laminated to the one or more fluoropolymer layers. In some embodiments, the contact angle of the inner surface of the barrel is less than about 58°. Additionally, the stopper includes a sliding surface that is less than about 2.0 mm. The barrel provides inner surface that in combination with the fluoropolymer laminate or fluoropolymer film achieve high levels of air and liquid impermeability while also maintaining an acceptably low break loose force, low average glide force, and low glide force variation. In some embodiments, the compressibility stopper against the barrel is greater than about 7.9%.

Abstract: A method for liquefying a CO2-rich gas flow containing at least 90 mol % of CO2 involves the following steps: compressing the CO2-rich gas flow, liquefying and separating in order to produce a first liquid flow at a first pressure MP and a first temperature T1. Extracting part of the first liquid flow at the first pressure and the first temperature by way of first product, supercooling part of the first liquid flow down to a temperature below the first temperature by indirect exchange of heat in a heat exchanger, expanding the liquid supercooled down to the second temperature T2 until it reaches a second pressure lower than the first pressure, the second pressure being equal to or greater than the equilibrium pressure of the expanded liquid, and extracting part of the expanded liquid by way of second product and evaporating another part of the liquid in the heat exchanger by exchange of heat with the part of the first flow in order to produce a vaporized liquid.
