The bra insert includes a first end; a second end opposite the first end; a sleeve configured to extend between the first end and the second end along a longitudinal axis, the sleeve including an adjustable portion for receiving a fillable material therein; and a slit on an outer surface of the sleeve, the slit sized to receive at least a portion of the adjustable portion therethrough.
