Abstract: A device for cleaning the ducts of medical instruments for internal investigation or sample-taking, the device comprising an elongate cylindrical element and a brush provided at a first end of said element, the brush comprising substantially radial brushes mounted on a longitudinal spine. The device includes a brush support member constituted by a helically wound wire whose turns define a channel suitable for receiving the spine of the brush and having a portion of length substantially equal to the length of the brush along which the turns are spaced apart axially so as to allow the bristles of the brush to pass between them.
