Abstract: The invention relates to compounds of the formula ##STR1## These compounds may be used in therapeutics for the treatment of acne, psoriasis, disorders of keratinization, in certain forms of cancer and as healing agents, particularly in the ocular field.

Said compound may be used in therapeutical treatment as antihypertensive agents, particularly in the ocular field.

Abstract: This invention relates to a therapeutic composition comprising, as active ingredient, a compound of the formula (I) ##STR1## in which R is hydrogen or an ether or ester residue, or a therapeutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.This composition is applicable to the treatment and the prevention of thromboses.
