    Abstract: A scooter foldable seat structure comprising an elongated plate body is disclosed, wherein a footplate and a seat plate pivotally connect to two ends of the plate body respectively; an elongated front supporting element pivotally connected to a bottom side of the plate body; a first movable connecting element foldably connected to the bottom side of the plate body and the front supporting element respectively; an elongated rear supporting element pivotally connected to a bottom side of the seat plate; and a second movable connecting element foldably connected to the bottom side of the seat plate and the rear supporting element respectively. Thereby, the front supporting element, the first movable connecting element, the seat plate, the rear supporting element and the second movable connecting element can be folded away and accommodated under the plate body at the same time and unfolded to provide the stable seat plate to sit on.

    Abstract: A scooter rear shock damping structure comprising a frame and an elastic unit is disclosed. The frame is disposed under a back end of a stepping plate. A forwardly extending front pivotal connect portion of the frame is pivotally connected to the stepping plate. Back positioning pieces backwardly extending from left and right sides of the frame respectively are coaxially fixed by left and right sides of a rear wheel. The elastic unit is positioned between the back end of the stepping plate and the frame. Thereby, when a user steps on the stepping plate to ride on the scooter and the rear wheel is in contact with the ground, and when the scooter travels on ragged surfaces; the support, compression and resilience of the elastic unit enable the rear wheel to move upward and downward relative to the stepping plate for buffering shock damping effect.

Thus, by means of the treading and releasing actions with the treadle, the scooter can be driven smoothly with benefits in not only the risk of tumbling down accident being avoided but also the effects in energy-saving and environmental protection being achieved.
