Abstract: A water extraction system including a water well coupled to an aquifer, a distribution line in communication between the water well and a use element, and a pump coupled to the water well for moving water from the water well to the use element at a pump rate. A well sensor and associated well mote collect water level data and upload the collected water level data to a server. A communication device is coupled to the server and an application carried by one of the server and the communication device calculates the rate of recharge of the well from the collected water level data. A pumping strategy is developed by the application using the recharge rate to determine an altered pump rate.

Abstract: A water level monitoring and reporting system coupled to a pumping system, using a well sensor mote coupled to a flow meter, wherein the mote sends uplinks, with data collected by the flow meter, via LoRaWAN to a gateway to a server and thence to a readable application interface.
