    Abstract: A kinetic energy driving unit comprises a flywheel (1) attached to a shaft (3) of an operating machine (4). Driving units (2) are attached to a circumference of the flywheel (1). A rotatable arm is disposed at a shaft of each driving unit. Rotatable devices are attached on the rotatable arm of the drive unit. An arm is fixedly attached to each one of the rotatable devices. A weight body is disposed at an end of the arm.
