Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a six-arm tunneling and anchoring machine for integrating tunneling and anchoring, which includes: a tunneling machine and a roof-bolter connected with each other. The roof-bolter includes roof bolt units, a side bolt unit, and a working platform unit. The tunneling machine includes a frame body, a walking part, a cutting part, a revolving body, a rear support body, a loading mechanism, a conveyor, an electronic control system, a hydraulic system, a spraying system and a cooling system. There are two sets roof bolt units, which are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the frame body, and are located behind a revolving center of the revolving body. Each roof bolt unit is provided with two top anchor bolts.

Abstract: An auxiliary transportation and support system used after rapid excavation is provided. The system includes a crushing and transportation device, a roof bolt support device and a side bolt support device. The crushing and transportation device includes a traveling mechanism, a transportation device, a receiving hopper, and a crushing device. The traveling mechanism is located at a bottom of the crushing and transportation device. A chassis is arranged above the traveling mechanism. The transportation device is mounted on the chassis along a traveling direction of the traveling mechanism. The receiving hopper and the crushing device are both arranged on the transportation device. The roof bolt support device includes a roof bolter, a middle roof bolter and a horizontally telescopic arm which is arranged at a head end of the chassis. The roof bolter is coupled to a movable stretching end of the horizontally telescopic arm.

Abstract: A process for supporting an anchor bolt and an anchor cable on a continuous mining working face is provided. A four-arm top anchor bolt drill carriage serves as a front carriage, a six-arm side anchor bolt and top anchor cable and top anchor cable drill carriage serves as a rear carriage, and the two carriages are arranged in a front-rear direction to work in parallel. Four anchor bolt drill machines of the four-arm top anchor bolt drill carriage face to a top plate. Two drill machines are disposed in front of the six-arm side anchor bolt and the top anchor cable drill carriage. At a distance of four meters away, another two drill machines are disposed. Two top anchor cable drill machines are disposed in a middle of the anchor bolt drill machines and face to the top plate.
