Abstract: A biaxial controller for a minimally invasive surgery tool, a camera for minimally invasive surgery training and a system for minimally invasive surgery training. All the aspects of the disclosure are applicable during training surgeons for carrying out minimally invasive surgery procedures. The biaxial controller for the minimally invasive surgery tool includes a control arrangement, a computer connector, at least one tool connector, a first bearing coupled with a first arm which is coupled with a second bearing which is coupled with a second arm in which a trocar is positioned. In the trocar the minimally invasive surgery tool is accommodated that includes a sleeve and a handle.
Abstract: The invention provides a system for training of a minimally invasive surgery. It is the aim of the invention to provide a system for training of a minimally invasive surgery which would enable positioning objects in different places of the workspace. Moreover, it is the aim of the invention to provide a system in which an object may be set at different angles. The system for training of a minimally invasive surgery, comprising a housing (1), at least one minimally invasive surgery tool (2) and a workspace (3), is characterized in that it comprises at least one movable mechanism with at least two actuators, and the workspace (3) is connected to the movable mechanism which movable mechanism is connected to the housing (1).
Abstract: This disclosure relates to a working tool of a laparoscopic trainer having the form of a sleeve provided with a handle with a fixed arm and a movable arm with a rigid tie rod for manipulating the jaws of the working tip. The working tool includes a sensor unit detecting the opening of jaws of the working tip, housed within the handle of the working tool which comprises the first reflection sensor and the first reflector, wherein one of these elements of the opening sensor is attached to the handle of the working tool, and the other is mounted on the tie rod. This disclosure relates also to a manipulation and measurement set of a laparoscopic trainer, including a working tool according to the disclosure and a trocar, wherein the trocar has a guide channel for the slidable placement of the working tool therein.
