The tubular fitting includes, adjacent the first outer thread, a cylindrical sealing wall and the cap nut includes, adjacent to the inner cap thread, a closing flange that holds an elastic sealing ring that rests tightly sealing on the sealing wall and which is axially movable along the sealing wall when the cap nut is turned relative to the tubular fitting.
