Abstract: A finely adjustable firing valve comprising a first valve (10) providing a first inlet (20) and a first discharge (21) connected through a first actuation chamber (22), and having a first shutter (23), a second valve (11) having a second shutter (37), a third valve (12), having a third shutter (43), characterized in that it comprises a piston (24) bound to said first shutter (23) that slides within said first chamber (22), of such a size that the upper surface of said piston (24) affected by the pressure inside said first chamber (22) is substantially equal to the lower surface of said piston (24) affected by the pressure existing in said first inlet (20).
Abstract: An activation and fluidification system (100) for granular material silos (101) or containers, comprising a plurality of fine adjustment firing valves (102) comprising discharge limiters to limit the discharge of a pressurized aeriform from an initial pressure to a predetermined final pressure lower than the initial pressure, and connected to the silo (101), the system comprising a tubular network (103) for storing pressurized aeriform at the initial pressure, and to which the plurality of valves (102) are connected.
Abstract: A finely adjustable firing valve for rapidly discharging compressed air or compressed gas, for the purpose of generating a pressure wave in silos or containers of granular materials, comprising a pneumatic main valve (1), a pneumatic secondary valve (9), arranged to control the main valve (1), and a pilot valve (16), arranged to control the secondary valve (9), said main valve (1) comprising a main valving element (7) of membrane type.
Abstract: A valve for generating a flow of pressurized fluid in response to a command, including: a discharge conduit for discharging the pressurized fluid; a valve body surrounding the discharge conduit; a chamber that connects the discharge conduit to the valve body; a cover covering the discharge conduit and forming the chamber; and a flexible membrane positioned within the chamber. The cover includes an access hole for charging the valve body with the pressurized fluid, and for commanding the discharge of the pressurized fluid. The discharge conduit includes a grid in that part thereof that communicates with the chamber. The flexible membrane is fixed to the center of the grid.
