    Abstract: A device for, and method of, handling and mounting a boat sundeck. The device includes a platform having first and second ends. A clamp structure is connected to the first end of the platform such that the clamp structure can be used to hold and move the sundeck of a boat. In addition, control modules are connected to the second end of the platform to aid in manipulation of the sundeck by the device. A lift connection location is positioned between the first and second ends of the platform and allows the device to be connected to an articulated boom.

    Abstract: A device for handling a boat gimbal housing. The device includes an upright member having an upper end and a lower end. A cross-member is connected to the upright member adjacent the upper end. A counterweight is connected to the cross-member, and a lift connection location is positioned at the cross-member between the counterweight and the upright member. A clamp mounting structure is connected to the upright member adjacent the lower end. A clamp is provided for clamping the gimbal housing. The clamp is connected to the clamp mounting structure and is positioned beneath the cross-member.

    Abstract: An articulated arm attachment for use in handling a boat windshield. The attachment includes an elongated vertical member including a top end and a bottom end. The top end of the vertical member is adapted for connection to the articulated arm. The attachment also includes a windshield holding assembly having a suction device for holding the windshield via vacuum pressure. The suction device is connected to a mounting structure that is positioned adjacent to the bottom end of the vertical member. The mounting structure is pivotally moveable relative to the vertical member about a horizontal axis. The attachment further includes a catch member connected to the mounting structure for catching the windshield if the windshield accidentally disengages from the suction device.

The boat also includes a floor and stingers supports positioned within the hull. The method includes providing a insert having two spaced-apart elongated portions interconnected by at least two spaced-apart transverse portions that extend between the elongated portions. The elongated portions are sized and relatively positioned for one of the elongated portions to extend along the port side of the hull and the other of the elongated portions to extend along the starboard side of the hull. The method also includes positioning the insert in a chamber defined between a male mold piece and a female mold piece. The method further includes providing fibrous reinforcing material that surrounds the insert within the chamber.
